Its time to catch up on some long overdue blog posts of more of the awesome family photography sessions I’ve been having this spring. I know that when I don’t blog for a while its probably easy to assume that I have nothing new to show, but the truth is that when I get busy, busy, busy like I’ve been in recent months, the blog seems to get neglected. However, I’m going to do my best to get caught up because I have so much good stuff to share.
As the mother of two boys myself, I have a special place in my heart for families with boys. I have been well trained by my own little men over the past twelve years. (Yes, my oldest is just about twelve, yikes!) So bring on the boys. I can totally handle it and I love it! So it was a little extra fun to meet and photograph this happy, beautiful family. These two little guys are just starting their journey as brothers — what a special time for them and their parents.

Little brother L is six months and he had just learned to sit up. Well, mostly. Mom was waiting right outside the frame just in case.
Seriously — can you believe the eyes on this little guy?? Amazing! And by the way I totally love baby drool.
Such a fun, sweet, gorgeous family. I loved getting to know you and look forward to watching these boys grow.
I love it when I have a chance to do some solo portraits with a mom at the end of a session. We moms need a little something special that’s all our own every once and a while. M, you look absolutely gorgeous.
